Clark & Martha Whitten Chairman

After earning a BS degree from East Texas State University in 1972 and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Clark Whitten became founding pastor of Gateway Baptist Church, Roswell, New Mexico. He later became the senior pastor of Metro Church in Edmond, Oklahoma. Under Pastor Whitten’s leadership and through a miraculous move of God, the church became a healthy, growing body and in October of 1994, Metro Church paid off the five million dollar debt that was incurred prior to Pastor Whitten’s tenure.
In April 1995, Clark Whitten became the senior pastor of Calvary Assembly of God, Winter Park, Florida. Under his leadership, Calvary grew in many ways – spiritually, physically, and financially! In October 2005, Clark planted Grace Church in Longwood, Florida. The church is a reflection of Clark’s heart and life-time message which is God’s Grace. The church is vibrant and flourishing under his leadership and Clark is having the time of his life.
He continues to travel and speak at other churches encouraging them to walk in the goodness of God’s grace. Clark serves on the Board of Directors of Marriage Today and Exodus International. He is a mentor to numerous pastors in ministry today. He is truly a “father in the faith” to many. Clark is married to Martha. They have two married daughters and three grandsons which they love to spoil.
Alan Chambers President of Exodus International

In 1991, Alan chose to fully embrace an identity with Christ as the focus rather than one based on a set of struggles or temptations. In 2001 he became the president of Exodus International. An accomplished speaker and writer, Alan has been interviewed by every major global media outlet. World Magazine named him their 2011 Daniel of the Year and Charisma has listed him as one of the top 30 Evangelicals Representing the Future of the American Church. He is the primary author for God's Grace and the Homosexual Next Door and Leaving Homosexuality. Alan and Leslie Chambers live an amazing life together with their son and daughter in Orlando.
Don & Diana Schmierer Treasurer

Don and Diana have been active in interpersonal ministry and counseling for four decades. While serving in the Navy, Don joined the staff of The Navigators, which involved military and campus outreach. Don and Diana founded His Servants in 1983, continuing their work among students, business professionals, and church leaders. They have also helped operate several Christian addiction recovery programs. Don has written several books, including a youth curriculum titled "Celebrating Gods Design", "What's A Father to Do?", "Healing Wounds of the Past" and "An Ounce of Prevention".
Don and Diana have been married almost 50 years and live on a farm in Northern California. They have two sons, four granddaughters and two grandsons.
Kathy Koch

Dr. Kathy Koch (pronounced “cook”) is the Founder and President of Celebrate Kids, Inc., of Fort Worth, Texas. Her messages on a variety of topics have influenced thousands of parents, educators, and children in 25 countries through keynote messages, seminars, chapels, and other events. Her messages at Exodus conventions have helped thousands. She’s an author of two books published by Moody: How Am I Smart? A Parent’s Guide to Multiple Intelligences and Authentic Hope and Wholeness: 5 Questions That Will Change Your Life which provides a solution-focused, uplifting approach to help people meet their needs in healthy ways. Dr. Kathy earned her Ph.D. from Purdue University and was a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a teacher, coach, and school board member prior to becoming a full-time conference and keynote speaker in 1991.
Tony Moore

Tony Moore has served in full-time ministry since graduating from Central Bible College in 1981 where he earned a BA degree in music. After many years of dreaming and planning, in 2011, he returned to his hometown of Greenville, South Carolina where he founded Transformation House which he now serves as lead pastor. In addition to church ministry, Tony formerly served as director of Solid Rock Ministries and associate director of Truth Ministry, both Exodus affiliates. He was the Mid-Atlantic Regional Coordinator for Exodus from 2007 until 2013 when he became the Church Coordinator for the Exodus Association. His ministry has been marked by a love for people and a passion to see them connect with God's plan for their lives. Tony and his wife, Judy, were married in 1979 and now enjoy spending time with their children and 12 grandchildren.
