Reaching the World in Grace & Truth

In a culture where young people are overwhelmed with confusing messages about sexuality, we realize the need to respond to the questions and issues that students are facing today. With that, we would like for you to submit the questions or topics that you would like to see addressed here in this post.

Looking for answers? Exodus has a large network of local Member Ministries, Professional Counselors and Association Churches who stand ready to help.

Students have questions. Do you have answers? Check out our Student FAQ page as Exodus addresses some of the common questions students face today.

I awkwardly wobbled across the stage in my high heels and frumpy black dress. The spotlight was on me as I launched into my testimony: it was time for the whole crowd to recognize I had embraced my femininity. The only problem was that I was utterly insecure about my mass of frizzy hair that felt like Simba’s mane, my oversized dress, and my inability to walk in heels. I was wearing an oversized dress because I tore the one that actually fit. (Who knew they had secret zippers on the side?) I was so uncomfortable, and my “femininity” felt so forced, that I could barely articulate intelligible sentences.
