Greetings from Exodus International! Exodus believes in the unique role of the local church as God’s primary vehicle for healing and life-change through the power of the Cross of Christ. It is our desire that Exodus would not be a ministry outside of the church, but instead that it would be a ministry of the church and for the church.
We know that it can seem daunting for pastors and churches when someone in the church is impacted by homosexuality.
It is our hope that Exodus will be a trusted resource for you, and that we can help you minister to those in your church who struggle with homosexuality or those who love someone dealing with homosexuality. This site contains many resources to help your local church community be a great place of healing for anyone impacted by homosexuality.
We would also like to invite you to become part of our Exodus Church Association. The ECA consists of churches from many denominations, churches which promise two things – a commitment to the truth of Scripture and a community that welcomes people, no matter what issues they face. Being a part of this network will highlight your church as a ‘safe’ place for someone desiring freedom from homosexuality or for anyone impacted by homosexuality. While your church may not have a specific “homosexual ministry,” you can provide needed compassion, grace, truth, discipleship and mentoring.
The Exodus Church Association is a great way to partner with Exodus in proclaiming to the world that freedom from homosexuality is possible through Jesus Christ.
