Finding a Counselor

If you are struggling with the complex issue of homosexuality or have been deeply affected by a loved ones same-sex issues, it may be vital that you receive professional counseling. Getting guidance from an inexperienced counselor, or one who does not embrace your values, can be disastrous. All Exodus Professional Counselors are experts in assisting on same-sex attraction issues, while holding a traditional Biblical perspective toward human sexuality.

Information for Professional Counselors

Exodus strives to refer those who struggle with same-sex attraction (SSA) issues to the right professional counselor. All Exodus Professional Counselors (EPC) not only have significant experience specializing in helping clients with SSA issues, but they also maintain a traditional Biblical perspective regarding human sexuality.

Any therapist desiring to become an Exodus Professional Counselor (EPC) must be able to meet certain Standards for Exodus Professional Counselors.

If you are a professional counselor desiring to become an EPC member and receive Exodus referrals, please review the Exodus Standards. If you believe you are qualified, then simply complete and return the EPC Application. Once the Director of our Professional Counselors’ Network, Dr. Marc S. Dillworth, receives your application, he will contact you to discuss your counseling practices.
